As visitors to the Barnard campus, we will adhere to the prescribed guidelines of our walking tour and honor the health and safety protocols of the Barnard community:*
    1. We ask each member of your party to complete the Visitor Form on the day of your visit.
    2. We recommend wearing a face mask at all times. We strongly recommend you avoid cloth masks and wear well-fitting masks of the highest grade possible (surgical masks, N95, KN95).
    3. Please do not enter any buildings. The exception is the Admissions Visitor Center and the Diana Center lobby.
    4. To keep our campus tours small for the safety of our community and our guests, we are limiting parties to a maximum of two people, consisting of the student and one guest. We are not able to accommodate more than one guest per student at this time.
    5. If you or any of your guest meet the following criteria, we ask that you stay home and do not visit campus at this time out of considerations for the health and safety of the Barnard Community:
    • You have been instructed to quarantine or isolate by your local health department and your visit to campus would fall during your required quarantine/isolation period.
    • You have met the definition of COVID-19 exposure by close contact within the past 10 days and you do not meet the exposure-exemption criteria set by the New York State Department of Health (i.e. the exposure occurred more than 14 days but fewer than 90 days after a final vaccine dose OR the exposure occurred no more than 90 days following a positive COVID-19 diagnostic test)
    • You had a positive COVID-19 diagnostic test recently and the following are not true:
      • It has been at least 10 days since your symptoms started (if you were symptomatic) or since the collection date of your positive test; and
      • You have not had a fever for the last 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing drugs; and
      • Your overall illness has improved
    • You are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms
